I truly love this place and keep returning! Their bagels and cream cheese are quality! Their sandwiches are over priced and they often run out of items. Double check your bag if you order on DD, I have walked out without pastry items in the past.

the French Dip - Roast Beef, Portobello Mushroom and Ajus looked so appetizing on the menu but it was just a few stuck together slices of cheap deli meat topped with a few tidbits of slimy mushroom, served with a side of watery tasting au jus.
My Build Your Own Sandwich came with mushy tomato, browned avocado, soft onion, they didn't bother pulling apart the cheap deli meat slices and the cheese was missing altogether. The latte was very bland. The bagels are good, but the construction of a decent sandwich left MUCH to be desired.

A single, solitary, paper-thin slice of roast beef on my sandwich... The bagel itself tasted fine but it was stale. I ordered a bag of coffee as well and they sent me a different one entirely which wouldnt bother me except for the fact it was decaf.
The best part of my experience was the Lays potato chips.
I should've just went to the bank, pulled out a fifty dollar bill and lit it on fire instead.

it was delicious, the first time I ordered my bagel toasted and I think that was a bad idea just because I door dashed it so it was pretty hard by the time I got it but second time I got it untoasted and just toasted it myself at home and it was perfect
