Food quality is wonderful, and portions are perfect. However, specific order is RARELY honored. Substitutions and Build Your Own Snack Burger* "Build Your Own" options shouldn't be offered if they aren't actually looked at. This isn't the first time I've had this type of issue with this location, unfortunately. Overall, food is excellent, but I'd only recommend ordering the specifically curated menu items.

Bru Burger is one of my favorite restaurants. However, I won't order takeout from them again. My bison burger was supposed to be rare. It was barely medium rare. I wanted the mushrooms on it, there were literally four mushrooms. I asked for the french fries to be extra crispy, they were extremely soggy. The strawberry shake was almost 9 dollars, and it wasn't quite the size of a medium shake at Dairy Queen. I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash. I was so disappointed.

Our DoorDasher only picked up one of the five items we ordered, and the store went out of their way to send someone to bring us the rest, which was so kind. The food was delicious as always. Highly recommend, and thank you to the Bru Burger team for making sure our full order got to us!

Please list somewhere on the menu that pickles are included so we can remove them and not have it ruin our food. My entire burger and fries smelled and tasted like pickles and made it inedible when it wasn't listed anywhere that it would include pickles.

fries were not extra crispy. burger was missing the onions and burger seemed different than normal.
