Western came without the chipotle sauce so tasted rather plain. The Single Bagel with Cream Cheese one of the bagels came stretched and somewhat soggy, not because of the cream cheese, but because it didn't seem to be baked long enough. This is the first time I've ever had that problem in years of ordering though, so I'm pretty sure that was just a one-time thing. The cream cheeses are always delicious, my favorite are the Garden Veggie and the Honey Walnut. They didn't give a huge portion of cream cheese per bagel, but it was enough for my tastes.

the doubleNEW! Double-Stack was horrible, it felt like eating a sandwich of slop. The Vermonter was ok once I scrapped off some of that white sauce. They put enough sauce for 4 sandwiches on just my sandwich and I could t taste the rest of the food. I'm from NYC, this store is nothing like our bagel shops, I was very disappointed.

the food was good the NEW! Vermonter was eggcellent; however I do feel you are starting to get a little stingy on the Smoked Salmon there was not near as much on this one as there has been so if you could please fix that then everything would be perfect thank you

Turkey bagel had 1 piece of meat on it. Nothing like the picture at all! The coffee is the best part of my order!

The farmhouse sandwhich was $1.20 extra for two eggs but on the instore menu and description it's supposed to have that already. We only received one egg and the sandwhiches were lack luster, almost no cream cheese on one but a lot on the other and overall for the price it's disappointing. I'd suggest buying your bagels from there and just making your own sandwhiches. Maybe it's new staff but $10.19 for each of these was disappointing.
