Bagels are fresh and delicious, flavors are great, but the meat portions are pretty small

my bagel barely had any cream cheese and there was no option to get the cream cheese on the side which I would've preferred. Bagel itself was good and cream cheese was good but wish there was more which is usually not a complaint of mine as many places put too much.

My bagel was really thin and flat and looked nothing like an actual bagel. There wasn't a hole, this picture is of the bottom half

I went to Bruegger's quite a bit in my 25 years living in upstate N.Y. and can't recall a negative experience.
Today on the other hand was awful. The only thing worth saving were the sealed tubs of cream cheese. Everything else ended up in the garbage. Bagels were as hard as rock, sandwiches were a mess and the order being packaged so poorly and strangely didn't help matters.
Disappointing and disgusting, I'll never order from here again.
