I usually order from them , the bagels are usually delicious and exactly what I ordered. This time around, the bagels I received were small, brown and way too Krispy. They were definitely not everything bagels. Again, this is surprising because they are usually my choice.

They did not include my cream cheese that I ordered with my bagels. No fault to the dasher but the store should have been more careful. Brueggers is expensive as it is- I would expect a little better customer service than this.

Great bagels but don't advertise Tropicana pure premium OJ when in actauality, you are selling from cenventrate probably for the same price of 4.49????? Fake advertising. . I hate concentrate OJ and this has happened a few times.

My order was horrible. they didn't put cream cheese on my bagel. They gave me lemonade instead of Orange Juice. And the hash browns are so expensive and SO TINY.
