Too much cream cheese was put on the sandwich, making it soggy and unable to eat as it was sliding around in my hand while trying to take a bite. On top of that, the cream cheese had way too much pepper, it was honestly more black pepper than cheese. Also, bacon and ham on the same sandwich isn't great

The food is very good. They sometimes give the wrong thing but the coffee and bagels are always amazing. The cream cheese is to die for. 10/10 food, 7/10 restaurant.

Placed an order which we order from here alot, after the order was delivered we were missing over half the order. It was a $50 food order to my work place on a Saturday morning. Needles to say we were pretty annoyed. Really should pay attention when packing to go orders as this is not the first time it has happened.

Kettle baked bagels are superior, soft and delicious as are all egg and cheese sandwiches!
