The bagel itself has a good flavor however the lack of cream cheese made the whole order not worth the money I basically was eating a mostly dry bagel on half and then lightly coated on the other side. Disappointed to say the least.

Breakfast bagel sandwich was put together sloppily. The egg was cooked poorly too. you cannot add ingredients to the sandwich and some you can't take off. Also, why do you have to have pepper on all of your bacon? Gross. The blueberry muffin was clearly invisibly burnt, so I'm not sure why it was even included in the order. I probably won't order again.

Not enough sriracha sauce on the sunrsise bagel to taste it. Also, the raisin bagel with honey walnut cream had some other spicy red pepper mixed in (dirty spatula maybe?) Disappointed for $21!

Disappointing order. Hadnt eaten from here in a while. They forgot 2 items in my order, which was bad enough. Our Single Bagel with Cream Cheese orders had what seemed to be a teasooon of Cream Cheese on them. For what they charge here these days I should get an entire tub of cream cheese on each bagel. Very unfortunate.

Bagels were kinda flat, nobody acknowledged me for a couple minutes. I had to ask the status of my order to be spoken to. I received a text that it was ready 15 mins prior to me arriving, but they didn't have it ready at all. I understand things can get busy but it was leveraged as excuses and I had to get to work.
