I love them, but why can't I customize any breakfast sandwich to have regular bacon instead of the peppered bacon. It's a great size for the price and always warm. I go here all the time. Just wish when I have it delivered I could get a regular bacon egg and cheese :(

My favorite bagel place ever. Food is always great, tasty, and fresh. My only criticism is that I wish I could customize the bagels (ie. add tomato, onion, substitute a bagel variety, etc.) I love you Bruggers!

bagels are always good, just need to make sure orders are correct before sending them out. otherwise they're solid!

I think they changed their recipe or something The Bagel reminded me of a store bought one, kind of sucked!
