The Quart of Ice Cream  ( butter pecan!) would have been so much better had the dasher transported it in an insulated bag so that it had not melted some, but this is not Bruster's issue I do not believe.  None the less, it sure did not hold me up having some!  It's a favorite flavor, and Bruster's has wonderfully large pieces of pecans!

We have ordered here before with no problem. This time we ordered two sundaes and only received one. When I called, the person who answered said they had sent two, which was not true because the bag was still sealed. So basically, he called me a liar. More hassle than this was worth and terrible customer service.

I ordered two medium cups yet I received two small cups. When I order a medium I expect a medium. The picture is tagged a medium but this is a small cup.
