• 10/1/23The burrito I ordered was not with onions because I am allergic to them. Unfortunately, I received my burrito with onions! I only took 1 bite and realized the onion.Took a Benadryl. The queso is really overpriced for a tiny bit of queso for over $5? I ordered Hot on the Salsa, it was not hot. The wings and fries, my kid liked. This was our first time eating at Bubbakoo too.

• 11/15/25The food is usually awesome.... but this time the chicken was gummy and we got a bowl when we ordered a burrito....it also felt like we were given way less food. Still like this place but not the best order.

• 9/11/23I ordered a burrito bowl with grilled Chicken there was entirely way too much siracha ranch sauce. You couldn't tell there was any lettuce, cheese or rice in the bowl. Chicken was a little scarce I ate part of the bowl and thr the rest away. What a waste.

• 11/1/23Got the NASHVILLE HOT CRISPY CHICKEN BURRITO and GENERAL TSO'S BURRITO. Very rice heavy which creates a weird texture. Not much sauce on the chicken in either one. And the general tso's was far from being what it claims to be. That's my go to for any Chinese takeout place and this tasted nothing like it. At least the Nashville chicken was somewhat reminiscent of the right flavor. The ideas are there but the execution is poor. I'd give it a 1 star based on flavor but it was still edible so I'll be fair and go up to 2 stars overall.
