I don't know who was working in the kitchen on Feb 3 2025 evening shift, but you made the NACHOS THE WORKS. I've had. the food is usually amazing, but I've never seen the box so stuffed. I wish I could tip you directly.

Chips were mildly stale and oily with not a lot of salt. The queso was good however and not too spicy. I got the grilled chicken bowl. Portion was massive. Taste just OK. Chipotle is definitely better....sorry, had to be said. Two of the free toppings were also missing. I still don't understand in this digital world how something so simple can be missed. The boardwalk cookies were good if you're into sweets like that. Overall, not sure I'd order from here again unless I'm in a bind.

i ordered a ground beef bowl and the beef tasted like it was 3 days old & looked gray. and they served onions that were so huge the entire bowl just tasted like onions after a few bites.

I absolutely love Bubbakoos. I love the Shrewsbury and Long Branch locations. Every time I order from the new location in Tinton Falls, it just falls flat.
The rice is hard. Barely cooked. Burrito is overall cold. As in cold to the touch cold. The structure of the burrito is not a burrito, it's a ball. I'm eating a ball of fillings surrounded by a tortilla.
I love you but, do better. Please.
