Boba is great, with a variety of great choices, however the wait time is always very long even when no one else or very few people are at the store, along with orders getting mixed up or incorrectly made . This shop has so much potential to be something so amazing with how great their products are, however the customer service is still lacking even a while after opening. I love the boba so it is a shame that this is still an ongoing issue!

Always do a great job.
Ran out of specific add in I wanted but they called right away to let me know & gave me alternatives. I think we order from here multiple times a week! Always love it.

Honeydew smoothie much too sweet, even though we chose 80% sweetness. It was undrinkably sweet. It's not all the time, but it's a common problem.

I really liked the drink but if you want it to be less sugar, 30% less was still super sweet. Go lower.
