Smashed Avocado with Feta was absolutely delicious and the Chai Latte was one of the best. Hot and fresh.

Would not order again. Food overpriced, fried eggs overcooked, flavour average. Asked to switch out mushrooms for halloumi if possible, they replaced the mushroom with halloumi but was charged $5.88 for it. Did not listen to instructions and charged us without our permission.

Absolutely disgusting.
Big breakfast? Full of spinach, toast like rubber,
One teaspoon of bakedbeans ,
Sausage so burnt I couldn't even eat it.
Dont
even start me on the bacon. Never again.
Egg was just as bad. Even thebindidnt like it.

The bacon was not the usual kind of rasher bacon I was expecting based on the image. The store had run out of croissants and I was offered a sandwich or Foccacia as a replacement. There was no sauce on the sandwich I received and it was very dry.

Bubbly Beans make the best coffee in Chelsea and I highly recommend their Middle Eastern Breakfast. I just door dashed a Philly Steak Wrap and it was delicious!
