Be warned, if you want a burger - it does not include fries like the description says - you have to add $6.50 for them and a drink you may not even want. So your burger will end up being over $20 if you want to customise it! My last order was cancelled because I pointed this out. Terrible customer service! Happy to not waste my money on your underwhelming food and would rather pay that for a gourmet burger elsewhere.

Ordered a Hawaiian burger that states it comes with a side of fries ... there were no fried! So $13.50 for a burger from a fish & chip shop is pretty steep. If I wanted an overpriced burger I'd go to Wisconsin! I checked the bag for the fries multiple times but they just did not materialise! Either you forgot or the description is wrong. The burger was okay, just felt like fries so didn't order them separately as I was expecting them to come with the burger. Ah well, never again.

Buckeys is great for burgersSteak BurgerEgg Burger but not the fishFamily Pack One Tastes like shark. Great food overall.

Used to be great when they first opened. Ordered maybe 3 months ago and was SUPER greasy to the point I could feel the oil sitting in my stomach. Decided to give them one last try tonight and was left disappointed yet again. There was no pride in it. Chips were over cooked, burnt potato fritter stuck to hotdog. I won't be back!
