I had the RIBLET DINNER (ONLINE)MILD BOUDIN (ONLINE)SMOKE RICE . The food was excellent and very well packaged. I wrote a request and the restaurant honored it. I was really pleased with that. I have been ordering from Budd's for some time now and their staff is outstanding and will do their best to accommodate their customers. All their products are great. Give them a try if you haven't.

The PORK STEAK was a nice size and had a good smoky flavor. However, all the sides were bland. I tried adding my own seasoning to give them flavor but it didn't work. I'll order the meats only and cook my own sides. Good price though.

Bud's is my go to when I want some good old fashioned barbecue! The portion size and prices are unmatched. I normally get loose cut brisket or the smoked boudin but this RIBLET DINNER (ONLINE) might just be my new go to!!
