• 1/18/26Bud's Seafood has the best clam chowder in Stockton. I usually buy 5 bowls about every 3 months for my family. They use to be much more generous with the bread that comes with the chowder. This weekend I invited my brother and his wife so I bought 7 bowls of chowder. Bud's gave a half a round loaf of bread. We each had a small slice of bread. 7 bowls costs about 100 dollars which I don't mind paying because it's loaded with clams perfectly cooked. But I think they should have sent more bread.

• 11/1/25The House Seafood Pasta was spicy and looked like the picture. The Clam Chowder was thick and full of diced potatoes. It needed salt and pepper.
The Bud's Bread Pudding was okay but didn't have the caramel sauce.
I want to try the beef next time. The sourdough bread is very soft and fresh.
I wish they would have included napkins.

• 5/25/26This is the first time I've ordered the Philly and I asked for extra veggies. It is a little spendy but so is everything, everywhere rn. I'd definitely order it again! It's the best Philly I've had in Stockton.

• 9/25/26I usually love the Chicken Piccata with the lemony flavor but this time it was literally all garlic and tasted like garlic chicken and garlic rice. Also, order choices don't allow choice of veggies unless you choose " all veggies" in which no rice is included then. They need to add the option " veggies " vs " all veggies ".

• 5 days agoDisappointed in small baby shrimp. Was expecting jumbo shrimp or even regular size. The shrimp did not smell or taste fresh. I would not order again.
