The second time I've ordered these fries! Flavorful, big portion, super fresh. The El Italiano (the italian) is a perfect Italian-Inspired loaded fry. I would order again.

Really wanted to like it. Love that they seal the meal even though that contributed to sogg (maybe containers with a few tiny holes?). Anyway, I appreciate knowing my food wasn't tampered with post-package. The portion was also pretty solid for the price with the special. The bbq sauce was good, the pulled pork was okay (a little dry/stringy but mostly good). The fries? 3/4 of them were only maybe 60% cooked and they were soaked in oil. The star of the show. Disgusting. Lol I'll probably still order again since there were several positives about the experience but this one was a miss. =\

I went in with high expectations, the images provided on DoorDash sold a novel and attractive concept. However the reality did not come close. For El Healthy The sweet potatoes were darkened and soggy from excessive oil (not vibrant and firm as in the image) the salmon was not a filet slice as depicted but chopped up like dog food (!) and overtly salted, leaving it looking more like sloppy joe nachos over what was advertised.
Very disappointed in what I constitute clear false advertising to say the least. for a 3.50 mark up from the rest of the menu, I expected more.
The Passion Fruit drink was fine. Best part.

Fries were soggy, filled with grease, and forgot toppings. It was drippping in sauce, so the fries were like mush. The Churro's-n-Cream tasted like old oil. Absolutely terrible and I had to toss it in the trash. I would not order again.

Grilled chicken isn't the same as advertised. Way too much sauce so they are super soggy. Coleslaw on the Carolina is not good
