Everything we got was excellent, and it was exactly the way we ordered it. The Everything Pretzel Knots with the beer cheese was amazing! I also got the chicken Street Tacos and requested no pico or cilantro, and they arrived that way. My husband enjoyed his wings and cheese curds too.
I saw several negative reviews, but our experience was excellent - we have no complaints! This is the first time we have gotten BWW with DD.

The wings are good here, but the draw for us is the wide range of excellent dipping sauces. My husband loves the potato skins and they travel well, which was a surprise. The only reason we don't eat here frequently, is the cost. It may be a case where you're paying more just for the name on the package. You won't be disappointed with the food, but you might be disappointed with the check.

The wings were great as usual, spicy and tangy. The nachos were tasty and plentiful. The Ceasar salad was a bit of a disappointment though as the lettuce was wilted and tasted like it had been sitting out for far too long.

Extremely disappointed with our order tonight. The boneless wings weren’t tossed in sauce at all, and the parmesan chicken was not good. The cheese curds were overly greasy and the portion size was missing about half of what we ordered. The fries were covered in pepper — it felt like the only thing that got any seasoning. The All-American cheeseburger was far from it: soggy, stringy lettuce, the same with the tomatoes, and they forgot mayo and ketchup completely. Overall, we ended up throwing the food away and making sandwiches at home. For the price, this was a huge letdown. It seemed like everything was left sitting at least 30 minutes before coming to up. Definitely won't be ordering any of that again.

The potato wedges were very good and the salad was fresh. The dipping sauces really are the star of the show, though. The bone-in wings with no sauce were a little over cooked and the grilled strips had quite a bit of gristle. The celery was mostly the wide white ends also. This was not the usual quality we get from this location.
