When you get a decent batch of wings, they're pretty good. However, we Door Dash frequently and I cannot tell you how many times a thoroughly dried out, old, and over cooked batch of wings have arrived at our door. The quality is just really inconsistent and I have a hard time understanding why BWW can't seem to get their employees trained well enough to prevent it from happening. You'll get much better wings from Ledo's!

Quest was literally cold from the fridge, had never been heated. 4 of the 10 boneless wings were nothing but small bits of crispy batter, no chicken at all . The sides of ranch dressing, which you pay an exhorbitant price for were barely a 1/4 full. Absolutely disgraceful.

While most times the nachos are the best and we love them. We ordered with extra chicken and there was not 1.36 worth of chicken. Looked like same amount. Maybe just missed by mistake as overall food is good.

All of the wings are tiny and the box was not put together correctly to deduce the different flavors, I only got 2 garlic parm when it should have been 5 and the "rest" are lemon pepper that don't even count as 1/4 of one
