• 6/4/25I was so impressed about how quickly we received our delivery! Your Buffalo Wild Wings in Fairmont, WV exceeded my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious! The customer service was awesome!

• 3/6/25Disappointing experience for a BW3, but it's new so maybe will improve to at least an average BW standard. The cheesesticks were completely inedible-hollowed out/empty inside every one of them. Then the curds were similarly over-fried and dried. We ordered 20 wings and chose 3 flavors...assumed they would divide the flavors somewhat equally, like 7/7/6, not 10/5/5?! Thankfully we only did get 5 habanero wings though, because there was only a few celery and 1 little ranch cup! Maybe we messed up on how the wing selections should be done. If not, maybe re-work that part of the order screen so the user is aware of how multi-flavor selections work. The actual wings were good/flavorful. Crispy and cooked thoroughly. We will try again in a few weeks! They will do better!

• 8/24/25The cheese curds were not impressive for the amount paid, this was a regular size and it's not a lot , and one of the wings still had feathers making them not appetizing at all.

• 5/14/26Love the food as always. Staff could have been better. Walked in and they seemed annoyed that I even existed. How dare I interrupt their conversation by collecting the food that I ordered. The disdain was further expressed by how my food was just thrust at me with "here" stated in a tone not commonly expected in customer service. Back to the food, huge portion always leaves me feeling very full. Cooks are on point as it is always crisp and flavorful. I'll always order this again, though can I order some respect for fellow humans as well from the cashier staff?

• 3/17/25I was not impressed for what I paid for the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap it was small and the chicken was very dry. The Regular Tater Tots were good though.
