Wings and tacos were great, but the seasoned  french fries  with cheese and bacon were not abundant with paid for add-ons and were hard and barely warm.

Both chicken sandwiches were gristly and overdone. One chicken sandwich somehow came with no bun, no cheese, and no sauce. It was literally a chicken patty thrown in a box with some lettuce and a tomato slice. 

The boneless wings were over cooked and the sauce cups (ordered on the side) were less than half full. The cheese curds were overdone as well. Not a great experience.

Bdubs has actually stepped up their game. The burgers are solid and the All-American Cheeseburger is a great fast-casual burger. Also, it seems like their Traditional Wings are better than they were a few years ago. Bigger than they were after Arbys bought bdubs and thoroughly sauced. Fries were seperated and in their own container to keep them fresh and prevent them from getting soggy. I would definitely order this again

Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap  is horrible. it's basically all lettuce and wrap. the few pieces of chicken that were actually in the wrap were extremely overcooked.  tastes like the oil hasn't been changed in a month.  there is literally no buffalo or ranch in the wrap although it's IN THE NAME.  the only saving grace was the fact I got a side of southwest ranch.  but it's still so bad I can't even eat it.  I would've rather had the crap wrap from McDonald's over this, and that's saying ALOT since I despise McDonald's and typically refuse to eat there. the chips are stale.  I ordered and paid for a side of beer cheese which I never received and the soda had no ice in it.  I previously worked for bdubs for 13 years.  granted it was done time ago, but you'd think it hasn't deteriorated this much.  not sure if it's a location based problem,  an off night,  a careless worker or if this is just how it is now.  but for 40 bucks for a wrap and a kids meal,  one would expect a bit better quality

The portion sizes for the price are awful. We barely received any fries. The containers were half full. The chicken crispers were way too breaded and burnt.
