Pepper soup great just wished it were double the amount because that 4oz container wasn't even full .. puff great just a little greasy . Goat meat with sauce and fufu perfect... staple order for me.

Buka is amazing. I don't know why the rating is so low, but from my experience, this place always nails it. Also very accommodating for folks who don't eat meat. Very Vegan and vegetarian friendly. This is one of the very few places that will give you stew without meat with no problem or "What? No meat???" reaction. They are also always open to customizing. The Jollof is ridiculously amazing. I dont know how they didn't win the battle of jollof!!! The portions are great based on the meals! Cannot say enough about this place. Thank you Buka!!!!!

I ordered beef efo with fufu For a total of $32 .. The beef was tough as nails I had to use a fork & knife to cut it . I am truly disappointed in this restaurant. Their portio are very small & they only gave me two tough pieces of meat. The efo lacked in flavor overall 2/10.

I ordered the Buka stew and didn't realize how incredibly spicy it is to the point that I could barely digest one bite. I have a high tolerance but this was ridiculous. There was no tripe and only two pieces of meat in the stew. The service and food are just average. Not impressed - sorry.

10/10! I usually can't handle much spicy, but this I enjoyed. I was able to spilt it into 2 portions and still had some left overs we digged back in for. If you can handle a little heat, I fully recommend. And if it's your first time, you can trust this place!
