we got the BYOB; the protein was tender and decent portion and I appreciated the large portion of ingredients, their freshness, and with staff following all special instructions.

I usually would rate 5 stars, because the ingredients here have always been fresh, food arrives safely packaged and beautifully made, and has utmost freshest ingredients.
unfortunately, this time around- special instructions were not fully followed for my base greens, and they included an item that includes something I am very allergic to. I also received raw broccoli, although ordering the "roasted broccoli."
half of the purple rice was also overcooked and dry/crunchy/ hard and crusty.
I would still recommend this location, however, because this is the only time we've had issues with our order(s) - and we have ordered many other times where everything, like our usual Tokyo box, was of pristine quality.

We love Bul Box!! Always fresh and accurate. First time trying the Mac & Cheese Spring Roll amd it was comfort food at its best. We also got the Tonkotsu Ramen, California, and BYOB, and all were delicious. We LOVE the texture if the tofu, and the kimchi fried rice is the best. We eat here all the time and will continue!!

I'm sorry I didn't take photos but we were starving! BulBox did not disappoint! It was fantastic! We got the beef dumplings! They were so flavorful. Will definitely get them again. My husband and I both got BYOB. The portions were great! Everything was fresh! I love the cucumbers! Highly recommend!

By far, our fav place for delivery. Less guilt from not cooking and we feel we gave our bodies something healthy with Poke bowls. It's fresh, fast and huge portions in the Poké Bowls.
