Soc trăng-style rice noodle soup is a tomato, crab, shrimp, pork, and chicken soup base with the choices of meats or seafood topped with cilantro, green onion and fried tofu. "Bún riêu dc" is served with a side of fresh bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, lime, and Asian basil.

Vermicelli bowls come with rice noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, basil, pickled carrots, and topped with crushed peanut, accompanied by our housemade special fish sauce.

Vietnamese rice congee (cháo) comes with rice, choice of meat or fish with pork, and chicken soup base topped with cilantro, green onion, dried onion and coriander (seasonal). Cháo are served with a side of fresh bean sprout, cabbage, lime, and Asian basil.

Lemongrass vermicelli beef huế-style soup is a beef soup base with the choices of meats or seafood topped with cilantro, green onion and fried tofu. Bún bò huế xả is served with a side of fresh bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, lime, and Asian basil.
