onion rings were good but not worth $10.00 for 5 rings.
The cold brew shake was awful.I knew their shakes were out there but did not expect 1.5 " of liquid shake and 3 " of heavy whipped cream covered in brownie pieces and chocolate syrup
Did not appreciate all the chocolate chips either.
I tried it, and I did not like it.
All in all. Will not return.

• 11/23/24My wife and I absolutely love Burgatory and get it either delivery or eat there probably once a month. We have had issues with charring on our last 4 orders. It has been both the Hormone Free Beef and the Fiddy-Fiddy. I don't know what else to do at this point as they've said they'll look into it, but clearly they do not care about fixing it. It's crazy when Red Robin has been quality control than them.

• 7/21/22Ordered bacon on all of our burgers, pretty sure they forgot the bacon on all three. They were okay, not impressed, especially for the price. Sea salt and herb fries tasted like they also forgot the herbs.
