We ordered four ketchups, and they only gave one. We also did not get a straw with the shake. We also only got one set of fries instead of two. The burgers and shakes are always good, but we seem to consistently miss things in our order.

No gravy on the poutine. This place consistently gets the order wrong somehow. They also have a horrible pick-up experience and ask you to walk around to the back alley to find some poorly marked door. They run their restaurant as if they hate their drivers and customers.

I have had burger bar before, and it was the bomb. This order was not enjoyable. the cheese was hard , the burger had to much salt, and there were no lettuce,tomatoes, pickes. In other words the burger was not dressed. It was not enjoyable.

The hot & Smokey was sooo HUGE. It's everything above great in taste. The deviled eggs are great wish we had more.
