good value for the price and a good solid burger. lots of fries. and the order was still decently hot! will order again

The Classic Cheese Burger Combo was good all in all, the sweet potato fries were great, but the burger was dry and tasted like the patties were frozen. Definitely overpriced, but I still recommend it over Burger King and Five Guys but below Wendy's. The sauce on the burger was also really great too!

this would be a 5 Star Review without a doubt if it weren't for the fact that all of the burgers were burnt a bit, especially around the edges. Real good food for a fair price, though. In a World where everyone's burgers are so expensive, these prices may be the most fair.

the hamburger was burnt . the crinkle fries were raw. the soda was not carbonated anymore. it was packaged in a awful maner. the ice cream for the cake was in too of the fries which caused it to melt. it should've been bagged separately . the price was fine but it like they say (you get where you pay for). horrible experience . I hope it gets better . the menu had a good variety of things to order so the cook has to do a lot better cooking so Burger Experience will be a success!

Wanted to try a Different place for lunch. Ordered a cheese burger combo with Lettuce, tomato and pickel- NO ONION, with Fries.
Lots of fries, but cold.. Cheese burger had ONION ONLY-- YUCK!!.
