The meat had a spongelike texture and no flavor. Honestly wendys has better burgers for half the price

I didn't receive my second order of Large Fry and yes, it made me fairly upset. It even seemed a bit small for a large. However, the Veggie Burger was excellent. It was my first veggie burger ever and yes, it was a bit odd and different than an actual burger, but good. The Large Sweet Potato Fry was also very good and I will probably be ordering from here again. Look at your quantity on an item!

I don't know where to start. Cheese not melted, no option for mayo on the burger, burned patties, the bacon was so under portioned that I couldn't tell it was on my burger. They skipped on one of my orders of fries, and the tomatoes tasted spoiled. I would never order from here again.

bun was hard, burger was dry. they forgot my can of Coke. The first time I had Burger Express it was delicious. I did not have the same experience this time
