First time ordering- food was really good. Got a burger and fries, as well as Pretzels 3 and they were delicious

The Create Your Own Burger Combo is not only a really good deal it's also really good, every bit as good as those $20 artisan burgers at some places and they follow instructions on how you like it. Always packed, sealed well plus a bag of utensils and condiments... don't buy an overpriced burger somewhere until you try Burger Experience

Not only did i not receive my French fries, i was also given brown soggy lettuce on my burger. Burgers are incredibly small.

Normally the orders are fine and the food is great with the prize point. This order was a little off, only taking 1 star off it because this is still a good place to order from

All three of our burgers were burnt. The fries were also burnt. Very poor first experience.
