The Burger did not come with any carmelized onion, no sauce, and the "cheddar cheese" is American...disappointed is not the word.
The "garlic Parmesan" fries that I paid a dollar extra for is just regular fries. I was better off ordering from McDonald's

The food is good, but im not sure what the manager/staff are doing. I've ordered 4 seperate times now and each order has been disappointing. They never get the right ingredients on the burger and the "large fry" my girlfriend orders is the same amount as the regular fry. Pros: inexpensive and tasty. Cons: you will receive something close to but not exactly what you ordered.

Well, let me say the food is good.Now for presestation and order accuracy, they fail. I have ordered the Create Your Own Burger Combo many times. Every time, except once, they messed it up. I only ask for cheese, ketchup, and mustard. When I get it, the buns soggy from the grease, and there is every topping on my burger. The staff clearly is not paying attention to the request/order. It's important, especially with people being allergic to some foods. Management needs to step in and get the staff straight.

Fries were soft. I didnt see an option for just regular fries. The lettuce on my burger was slimy and dead. The bun was so soggy it fell apart after the first bite. The meat was good and they followed directions well too.
