Burger was dry and unappealing. They added onions even though I didnt want any as Ihave a food intolerance. The fries were very old and stale , you could tell that they just use the cheese sauce to try and hide this but it failed. Worst location by far.

the burger was very good juicy and appropriately seasoned, but the fries were not good, it may be just my order, but the fries had a burnt oil taste to it and were rather mushy inside.

The Cheesy Lucy Combo is actually really cheesy, tastes amazing. I replaced the fries for a poutine and it was really good as usual. Friendly staff, would recommend.

ive had the The Utility multiple times in person at their locations.
the one i got from this door fash order looked like a baby version of it. 50% filling or less.
my wife also asked if its really the utility.
