The onion rings seemed like they weren't even cooked. The whopper was dripping watery mustard when I picked it up, a lot and it was way overloaded with pickles. They forgot the marinara sauce. The mozzarella fries were fried perfect.

It's BK. I don't expect much. But the whoppers were actually pretty good this time. Very tasty. Bogo didn't hurt either.

my whoppers had powdered parts on the bottom that were soggy and gross like the bun had not been fully cooked.. i threw that part out and had to eat around it. makes me feel like I waisted my money..

I’m very disappointed with my order. The drink I ordered with my meal was delivered only about halfway filled, nowhere near full. I’m not sure if the drink was opened and some was taken during delivery or if it was sent out this way by the restaurant, but either way, this is unacceptable. I paid for a full drink and should have received what I ordered. Please make sure situations like this are addressed so customers receive their complete orders.

For the second time in a row, I ordered two Double Cheeseburgers and got regular ones. I actually drove to the store this time to express my frustration, and they made it right in just a couple minutes, so four stars instead of three. Manager was very polite. Took me 40 minutes to get there through stupid construction. Overall ok food.
