I paid for ranch dressing that I did not get. The Onion rings are more of a medium than a large, not completely all bad, but not completely good.

Paid for cheese and didn't get cheese in either burger. Both burgers were supposed to have mustard but only had mayo and Pattie's were cold. They forgot to include our sauce for our onion rings as well. Usually really good but this time our food was terrible!

The second hamburger I ordered had the same issues. It also didn’t taste fresh, had an unpleasant flavor, and was missing the sauce it was supposed to come with.
