I'm generally not picky when it comes to food and I can overlook most things, but the BK Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich I received was completely inedible. It was overcooked to the point where it was too tough to bite into. I'm only leaving a review as a reminder to myself not to order BK again—not worth it.

I did not receive my mozzarella sticks. This is the first time this has happened with BK. I'm a little angry & very disappointed.
