Everything was cold and stale. Chicken sandwich was mostly breading and lettuce was wilted and brown. The Cheesy Totswere fresh and delicious. I asked for no ketchup on the Whopper and they put it on. Really disappointed.

Royal Crispy Chicken Meal
got this meal but customized the sandwich a little bit (swapped the royal sauce for mayo and added pickles) and it was correct when I received it. only slightly negative thing was that the tomatoes and pickles weren't spread out at all and were all piled on top of each other in one spot. wouldn't have been upset with a bit more lettuce too, as it seemed a bit light. overall good and I was full after eating, so I can't complain there.

Double Cheeseburger Meal arrived with overcooked fries coated in so much salt they were inedible and made my mouth burn. Large drink was incorrect, ordered a Coke zero and received either unsweetened tea mixed with sprite or something similar.

Both the sandwiches were squished flat and the wrappers were so soaked with grease they essentially fell apart. Hashbrown containers were ripped apart so the hashbrowns were all throughout the bag. Just sloppy/poor prep and packaging I guess.

I paid $20 for cold old food, absolutely nothing on my Big Fish Sandwich despite being charged for condiments such as mayo, pickle, lettuce and tomato. and the medium onion ring order was less than a small order, yet I was charged for a medium. this is so sad. never again.
