biscuit was literally black. hash browns were well overcooked as well

most of the time this restaurant does a good job....however not today the Double Whopper® was not hot and had very little to no ketchup as well as no mayonnaise sloppiness in putting the burger together. French Fries tasted like the frying oil needed to be changed. overall disappointed this time.😪😪

my french toast sticks had no syrup and where hard . & the hasbrowns are cold & hard , i got unsweetened tea when it was supposed to be sweet not even sugar to replace the sweet factor . completely disappointed

The Double Whopper® Meal in general was great, everything was tasty. The only complaint I had was the amount of fries in their large sizes. This "getting shorted" on whatever seems to be a common trend when it comes to fast food in this area, not just BK.
Five stars for the workers, as they really do not get enough respect that is due to them.
I am hoping that in this case, it was just a one-off thing. Nit-picky I know, but someone's got to say these things.

the oreo shake was thiccccc and so good. the bacon king meal and onion rings were hot. the bacon cheeseburger tasted good, good bun and patty. thank you, great job.
