The burger is as fine outside of the burnt bun. Usually doesnt happen when I order BK so not sure what happened.

I didn't get straws for the second time in a row. I got the Power Up Pack , but didn't receive the toy that is supposed to be part of it. I also didn't get the 4 signature sauces that I ordered, and was instead given 2 zesty sauces. I also requested no ice in my drinks, and both of my drinks have ice.

I order a Dr. Dr Pepper® and I couldn't get it without ice and the store gave the dasher an extra drink I really appreciated it

the Sprite had worst taste
the chicken sandwichwas dry and old as if it was reheated and placed on bun
the chicken nuggets unetible. wouldnt even give to my animals.
