Myself and a friend of mine are very impressed. The food was fresh and very good. The order was perfect. The whopper and a chicken sandwich were done exactly the way we wanted it. I want to give kudos to the manager and the workers who worked today. Thank you

POPPERS!! INCREDIBLE!! Excellent value!! Fresh & crisp, where have your jalapeño poppers been ALL my life!! More than adequate portion also! Would DEFINITELY order again!! PLEASE BRING BACK BBQ BEEF!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was my mom's birthday today. The delivery was fast efficient. Service was spot on. Would've tipped but used up my last. If I can go back to this I gladly will.
Perfect portions and the taste was extremely on point and freshness. My mom loved the double whopper to the fullest having her toes curled thank you Tyler!

This is by far the worst Burger King in the area. I’ve ordered from this location five times in the past year, and four of those orders had to be refunded because nearly the entire order was missing or the food was so cold and stale that it was inedible.
Today’s order was somehow even worse. They sent kids’ meals with no burgers—just the toys. My Double Whopper had only one patty that had been cut in half and stacked on top of itself to make it look like a double. Honestly, it’s almost comical at this point, if it weren’t so incredibly frustrating. The consistency and quality of service at this location are absolutely unacceptable.

Everything was made fresh the sweet tea is actually sweet I have no complaints I'd recommend this store over the south Lorain store my order was perfect really hit the spot also the food was very neatly packaged no sauces and condiments falling all over
