Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich is disgusting but could be good at a different location. I wouldn't order again. It was not fresh tasting at all and the bun to meat is awful

One of the chicken sandwiches were burnt and the buns of both sandwiches were stale. And the 12 Pc. Mozzarella Fries was blown out . There was no cheese only breading. This is the 3rd time I've gotten bad food from here. Unfortunately, this will have to be my last.

Really my only issue is that the milkshake I ordered was substituted with a large Hawaiian Punch, which lets be fair isn't even close, when I called back to see if they could correct the user I'm assuming they had already closed for the night as no one answered my call. I'll be trying them again in the morning really only because the cost of a shake is more than a Hawaiian Punch, not sure what they could really do for me in this situation and I'm not usually one to complain, but a quick call to ask what I'd like to substitute in the event their machine wasn't operating would've been fine, just generally not a fan of unilateral decisions being made on my behalf.
