Food arrived cold. Double Cheeseburger tasted old and dried out. 8 Pc. Mozzarella Fries were cold and rubbery.

the Burger was dry that was only two mushrooms on it what's going on wasn't satisfied at allShroom n' Swiss Melt

the wrap was ok but the 8 Pc. Chicken Fries was hard and really soggy and same as the fries we just gave it to my dog but the wrap we ate it so no choice because we were so hungry

received wrong order, the Whoppers both had onions which I requested none. one also lacked cheese which I ordered and paid for. both fries I ordered were half onion rings which I am allergic to and didn't order. this makes me think I received the wrong order. all the food was lukewarm and that was probably just due to it being a busy time of day. the buns and veggies seemed fresh though and I removed the onions and added cheese, so I made do. i'll try again because when they get it right it is good. I guess it was just that time of day.
