Burger King...PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES! Thank you to the great employees on 8/19/25 around 1230pm! | have ordered 1-2 days during the week around 12-1:30 pm, which l am certain is a busy hour for them, for 2-3 weeks now, while recovering from surgery. It is always warm & fresh tasting eventhough the DoorDashers fail to put the food in the thermal warmer. All my items are always sent.
Today, I ordered the 8pc Mozzarella Fries for the first time. I like the cheese to breading ratio. Yes...I am "that" person. I bought them to eat later this evening, which I never do with fast food. I don't think it is good reheated normally. I have no doubt these Mozzarella Fries will reheat fine in the oven, even the microwave probably. They were crispy & there was NOT a pocket of grease at the end of the stick. IYKYK. For my actual lunch, I ordered the Coke Zero Sugar Race Day Meal, which was a promotional offer through DD. Was I able to eat all of it? No...but it was good! I also ordered, let's say more than 1 HERSHEY'S® Sundae Pie. How can you get BK without getting a pie? I will be able to satisfy my sweet tooth for the next days! Lol
I haven't been able to go in probably 4 months or so...but when I go to BK, it was usually through the drive thru after work, around 7am when I don't have to go back that night & get breakfast. Some of the nicest ladies there. There is 1 sweet lady usually at the 2nd window always with such a genuine smile. I hope you all are still smiling.
I know through my experience, from morning to afternoon at least, employees @ Rodney Parham BK are very mindful of customer satisfaction. Food is warm. They pay attention to the details & are consistent. Keep doing a great job! You're appreciated!
Feedback to BK: make "NO ice" for the drinks an option on Door Dash please.

ALL of the items were cold and the dasher came straight to me. So it wasn't their fault. The Spicy Royal Crispy Wrap was filled with grease, like the while paper was saturated in grease, couldn't eat it. Had to throw everything away.

No condiments, fries were way to salty and the burger had no grilled taste. The burger had a boiled tasted.
