There milk shake machine was down after I submitted my order. I assume they have the same machine as McDonald's. 🤣Always down when you want one.

No shake with order. Got an extra sundae pie but there's a $2 difference between these items. Paid extra for mozzarella cheese but got American instead. Half of onion rings were hard enough to hurt.

the food was cold. my whopper had no sauces on it. lettuce was not good. the fish sandwich tasted bad. the whole order was not worth what we paid.

Order was incorrect as always. They can't seem to even make a basic menu item with no changes. Ordered a Bacon King. It arrives plain. Why would a person order a bacon cheeseburger with no bacon or cheese on it? This is not the first time.
