• 9/21/24the fiery mozzarella fries were not fresh. I ordered twelve and I received a box of broken pieces that equalled 5. I was missing one onion ring and the bk is only 7minutes from my house, the sides should have been warm they were cold. this was not due to my driver. I know this because I got a text driver pick up order and he was on my doorstep 10mins later. I have drove to the restaurant got fresh food in the drive thru and got home and sides are still warm. that was not the case today. the only fresh items in my order was the chicken sandwich. but the chicken nuggets were so old they were dry and hard. if I worked at BK I would have been ashamed to send this order out! I secret shop restaurants, hotels, and amusements and if I had to shop this order they would fail on all considerations! there was one positive to this order, since the chicken was fresh it did taste good, and they got the customization correct on it, they also got the dipping sauces correct, which are usually overlooke

• 7/9/26I ordered bacon egg and cheese and wrapper was marked bacon but it was sausage onn2 of the sandwiches, the coffee lid was not secured and it spilled in the bag. Terrible service free m Burger King!!!!
