Pretty disappointed. Ordered and payed for a milkshake. When the order was delivered by DoorDash the person who delivered said a lady at burgerking said the ice cream machine was down. That was it. Burger king didn't try to give me a refund or make it right.

If I could rate negative stars for this order, I definitely would. This is so disgusting. The bag and food are drenched in grease.
