the food was awesome this is the first time that I have had it so very very fresh and hot it was absolutely delicious it's never tasted this good before I lucked out today.

Didn't remove mayonnaise as requested and forgot to add cheese on two sandwiches. Bread was soggy. Fries and onion rings were undercooked and soggy.

Burger didnt look like advertised picture. Almost no bacon. Shake wasnt a shake do to machine issues so for a soda

I ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers without pickles and mustard and they put pickles and mustard on both of them which I'm allergic to when I can't eat them one with a large onion ring and I ordered a double cheeseburger with a medium onion ring. both of the onion rings were so hard and overcooked that you couldn't even eat them usually when onion rings are overcooked they get soggy but these were so hard you couldn't even chew them. my chocolate milkshake was good. and I ordered chicken nuggets in one of them was really hard and I couldn't eat it but the rest were okay. I always order from Burger King and this was the worst service ever

I ordered mozzarella fries and chicken fries, but what I received was an onion ring and chicken fries instead. While the chicken fries were great, I was really looking forward to the mozzarella fries!
It’s a bit disappointing when the order isn’t what you expect. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future!
