Very tasty veggie burger w/ good texture & taste. Fries should be crispier. Barely cooked.

I gave this place a second chance but it will be my last. The burgers were SO overcooked, and we paid extra for lettuce wraps that was really just soggy lettuce thrown on the burger. Burgers tasted terrible for the second time. Very disappointed.

Card board containers not wrapped or sealed( easily popped open). Not safe in delivery or packaging. Burgers are wrapped in tinfoil and the rest of the fries just sitting in the cardboard container. I asked for wrapping around the cardboard but they didn't. chocolate milks were handed in cup holder, with no seals , no tape , no safety wrapping for delivery service. Burgers didn't taste like their usual burgers. This was the 2nd time in receiving orders of burgers that were not tasting like their burgers but mushy type meat. This used to be a 5 star place for organic burgers for adults and children. I have ordered both adult and children and the Kobe Beef hot dogs, the tater tots, sweet tots, sweet fries and soups. I don't know what happened, but the past 1-2 years not that good with the food items.

The chicken tenders were so well done I almost chipped my tooth biting into it. Even the fries were burnt. Never again!

Ordered the Jalo Pkwy Village Bison Burger with fries on the side that I didn't get...And the Crispy & Crunchy Crispy Chicken Sandwich which was sloppy and the chicken wasn't even on the hotter side as it should of been, what's even worse regarding this sandwich is the flavors didn't even hit right! This type of flavor of bread didn't work well with this combo...
