Haven’t had BurgerFi in several years and now I remember why. The bun was stale and stiff, and the patty was thin, dry, and flavorless. It honestly tasted like a cheap Wendy’s junior bacon cheeseburger — except I paid nearly $25 for a basic combo. I upgraded $3.40 for the cry fry basket and got only 3 onion rings (over $1.10 per individual onion ring). Fries and the Oreo shake were decent, but overall not worth the price. Won’t order again.

The Ultimate bacon cheesburger was supposedto have a lettuce bun which ipaid extra for but it was a measly piece on each side. And the fries were overcooked and tasted of old grease. Unsatisfactory experience this time.

Food was soggy upon arrival and the seasoning in the fries was inconsistent: mostly in a pile in the middle of the fries. Burger was supposed to be wagu but it tasted like an ordinary burger. Not likely to order again.

I order often from this place but it is the second time im disappointed
Poor preparation hotdo so dry is like you eat plastic and the bun of the SINGLE BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER a stale taste and I can on and on
