I ordered THE CEO cheeseburger which should have double patties, double-cheese, bacon, and aioli sauce.  Instead, I received a regular cheeseburger which was very good, though.  The French fries were very tasty, and enjoyable.  The food was still good so, I only deducted one star.  I had to give THE CEO cheeseburger a thumb-down because it was not the sandwich I ate.

Drink should have sticker on the lid. 
Fries were so oily,  not tasty and also not looking good. They were at the bottom of the bag and other burger packages  were on it so fries and onion rings were smashed. 
I like the SINGLE BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER and its sauce in it. Bread was fluffy and soft. I would eat it again. 
I also tried SINGLE BBQ RODEO BURGER and it was dry. Corners of the bread were also dry.

I had heard good things about BurgerFi, however, my experience didn't match, perhaps the store was having a tough day.
The fries were old and over-cooked.  Not cold from being with the driver for a long period because from the time she picked up the order to delivery was about 10 minutes and the fries were still warm.  It was obvious they were cooked a while before and just left to sit under a heat lamp for longer than they should have.  The burger was very bland, which I didn't expect having two separate sauces.  Overall just a very bland, unimpressive experience.

Fries were burnt , burgers were smushed looking and barely had condiments on them and because of this we couldn't even tell which burger was which . Wouldn't eat from this one again

Burger was great. However, fries were not really salted and I was not given any napkins. Still good though!
