BFI Cheeseburger it was cooked perfectly with toppings I ask for. With reg fries very good ,
not greasy like most places. First time customer will definitely order again. We need this in Tennessee where I'm from.

Severely disappointed. Fries were cold and soggy. We got the Cajun seasoning on them and they dumped it on to the point of it being inedible. I've eaten here before and loved it so I was really disappointed. We even picked it up ourselves. It wasn't ready when we got there and it took them 40 minutes to complete the order and they almost forgot our shakes, which at least were good. That's the only reason for 3 stars and not less.

They forgot a burger in my order. Details matter. I gave a 4 star anyway because the onion rings more than made up for not having my burger. Delicious and huge! 2 filled me up

Got everything about the FRESH-CUT FRIES (REGULAR) wrong. We ordered Urban Style, and got unsalted potato sticks. The CEO was also terrible, had no sauce just patty (yes, we ordered it without a BUN, but we still wanted THE REST OF IT. FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH was very dry. Ranch is good, though.

It's a bit unsettling when your burger has some pieces of grilled mushroom that you didn't order. The onion rings could've used some more onions too , I love breading but I don't just want fried breading.
