• 10/23/24Tenders were overcooked, flavorless and barely bigger than my middle finger. Burger was as thick as the tomato slice, all bun. Fries were good flavor but again overcooked. Careful if you order the chili, it's spicy so couldn't eat it. Do not recommend.

• 2/24/22The fries were hard as a brick and ice cold. I know the restaurant is far from my home so I didn’t expect them to be hot, however I wasn’t prepared for my mouth to hurt while eating them. I did not get my $5 worth of this item.

• 10/8/22Burger was smooshed but tasted okay. Fries and onion rings come a bit soggy like you'd expect when you order delivery, but my poor review is because the sauces I ordered literally had no taste at all. The GARLIC AIOLI was gross, personal opinion. But the BACON JALAPEÑO RANCH didn't taste like ranch, didn't taste like bacon, and had no heat from the jalapeños. The TRUFFLE AIOLI literally had no taste either, it just tasted like mayonnaise. Not eating here again personally.

• 8/17/23Let me start with what I love. I love the CONCRETES. They are awesome. Don't get me wrong. The BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER and FRESH-CUT FRIES (REGULAR) are great, but they way you guys package the food isn't. By the time my order arrived, the burger was cold and FRESH-CUT FRIES (REGULAR) were soggy. I still enjoyed my order, but you guys need to seriously think about how you package the food.
